Biography of a Risp
Known as “Uncle Risp” across the highlands of Papua New Guinea, William C. Risp lives in the American Northwest. A self-proclaimed introvert who finds peace in the solitude of the wilds, he is a world traveler and layman’s philosopher who has a passion for nature and the outdoors.
Growing up “dirt-floor poor” has given him a perspective often considered eccentric. A “Jack of all trades, master of none,” he makes a location independent living as a consultant while he pursues his passion for music, art, and writing. A simple man, he seeks to give honor to God.
